So come plunge, hang out, sauna and laugh with friends and like-minded strangers. How it works: Right now we are offering 30, 60 and 90 minute slots each with recommended protocols to get the most out of your session! Cancellation Policy
If you make a reservation, you must cancel at least 2 hours prior to your appointment to receive a credit or refund. Otherwise, the payment will not be refunded. Monthly members who have unlimited training must still cancel 2 hours prior to appointment to offer booking spots to others. Failure to cancel in a timely manner will incur a no show fee equivalent to the time booked for a single session (ie if booked for a 30 minute session an extra charge of $25 will be added to your account.
