You will learn to leverage the stress tools of cold water immersion and sauna use to reframe stress, find balance and feel great. Through guided exercises, you’ll learn to: 1. Redefine stress triggers – Shift your baseline to reduce unnecessary stress responses. 2. Master real-time stress tools – Apply techniques to stay calm and focused under pressure. 3. Build automatic positive responses – Train your mind and body to instinctively react to stress in a more effective way. By integrating mindset shifts, targeted stress tools (like cold immersion or movement), and breathwork, this course helps you turn stress into an advantage—both in daily life and high-stakes situations. If you cancel 61 days or more prior to the event start date, you receive a 100% refund.  If you cancel 31 - 60 days, you receive 75% refund or, alternatively, you can receive full credit to transfer to a future  event held by Matt Soule within 12 months.   If you cancel 30 days or less there is no refund or transfer.
