Back to Nature — Southeast Iowa. November 11–15. Five days, four nights on a private countryside home near Morning Sun, Iowa. Limited to 9 participants.

A five-day immersion in fieldcraft, contrast therapy and honest work: archery, tracking and blood-trailing, the deer harvest and processing, wood splitting, firearm safety and supervised rifle practice, wood-fired sauna and guided cold immersion, breathwork and facilitated group conversation.
