Privacy Policy

Account information may include your name or nickname, email address, user ID, profile photo, sign-in provider, and account timestamps. You can also use parts of the app with an anonymous account.

Information you choose to enter may include age or date of birth, sex assigned at birth, city and country, occupation, goals, experience, safety answers, wellbeing check-ins, practice history, breath-hold measurements, journal entries, favorites, program progress, instructor messages, and feedback. Feedback may include files, photos, videos, audio, screenshots, device details, and recent diagnostic logs that you choose to send.

We collect app interactions, device or app identifiers, purchase status, and basic performance information through service providers such as Firebase and RevenueCat. Website purchases and bookings are processed by Shopify; Cold Club does not receive your complete payment-card number.

If you choose to connect Apple Health, health readings are read only when needed on your device. Cold Club does not upload those Apple Health readings to its servers, include them in analytics, or share them with an instructor. The app does not write data to Apple Health.

We use information to create and secure accounts, provide and personalize programs, sync progress across devices, support instructor messaging, process purchases, deliver requested communications, respond to feedback, troubleshoot problems, measure product use, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable law.

We use service providers to operate Cold Club, including Google Firebase for authentication, storage, databases, and analytics; RevenueCat, Apple, and Google for in-app purchase processing; Shopify for website commerce; and hosting and email providers. They process information for us under their own security and privacy obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users, Cold Club, or the public.

We retain account and app information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Optional profile details, feedback attachments, journal entries, and health or fitness answers are only collected when you choose to provide them. Data is encrypted in transit, and access to private app records is restricted by account.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account and associated data. See our account deletion page for the request process and the limited records that may need to be retained.

Cold Club is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information to Cold Club.
