Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Cold Club services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.

Services

Cold Club provides adaptive stress training, events, courses, and related products. Our services are for educational purposes and do not constitute medical advice.

Assumption of Risk

Participants in Cold Club events and practices acknowledge that cold exposure carries inherent risks. You should consult a healthcare professional before beginning any cold exposure practice, especially if you have cardiovascular conditions or other health concerns.

Refund Policy

Retreats, Expeditions & Live Experiences

Because our retreats and live experiences require significant advance planning, staffing, lodging, transportation, permits, and other non-refundable expenses, the following cancellation policy applies:

• More than 91 days before the event: receive a 100% refund of your registration fee.
• 61–90 days before the event: receive a 50% refund of your registration fee.
• 60 days or less before the event: no refunds will be issued.

Participants are welcome to transfer their registration to another eligible participant if approved by Cold Club® prior to the event. Any transfer requests are subject to administrative approval and any applicable fees.

Courses

Course purchases are refundable within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the content has been accessed.
