Certified Cold Club Holistic Instructor
Abraham Levine
Colorado, US
Abraham Levine creates high-impact experiences designed to produce real transformation and lasting results. Drawing from a background in athletics, leadership development, wilderness first responder trainings, and immersive high-intensity environments, Abraham brings grounded authority, calm intensity, and real-world credibility to the work of human performance. His leadership style has been further shaped by elite training experiences such as Echelon Front’s FTX, strengthening an approach rooted in ownership, discipline, and presence under pressure. Forged through his own path of overcoming addiction, regulating a dysregulated nervous system, and rebuilding through intentional challenge, Abraham’s work is deeply personal as well as highly practical. From the mountains of Colorado, to Antarctica, to 10 years of the radical intensity at Burning Man, he is drawn to experiences that strip away the unnecessary and reveal what is real. He helps high-performing individuals build resilience, sharpen self-trust, and expand their capacity for stress in ways that carry directly into leadership, performance, and life. The result is an experience that feels both elevated and unforgettable: expertly held, deeply intentional, and built to create change that lasts.

Certified Cold Club Holistic Instructor
Dylan Hillyer
Iowa, US
Dylan spent over a decade on wildfires as a US Forest Service Hotshot and Smokejumper, so is no stranger to stressful situations. Most recently he established his arborist company, Goodwood Tree, so still finds exhilaration from climbing trees. In both roles, stress is not an obstacle but a condition of the work. He learned a defining truth - resilience is built by working with stress, not against it.
To sustain that edge, Dylan turned to breath work and deliberate heat and cold exposure. Today, these lessons shape everything he teaches. At Cold Club, he helps others develop their own capacity for resilience and strength.
When Dylan is not in the trees, he enjoys spearfishing, bow hunting, and taking care of Opal and Ida, his beloved dogs.
His mission is simple - help people harness stress, build resilience, and live with intention. Because when you fully inhabit the present, the future handles itself.

Certified Cold Club Holistic Instructor
Marc Kappes
Germany, Europe
Marc is an Executive Transformation Coach. Prior to embarking on his wellness career, he spent nearly two decades as a banking executive, mastering leadership in high-pressure sales environments. Initially set to inherit his family’s automotive dealership, his path shifted when those plans collapsed, triggering an autoimmune disease, Ankylosing Spondylitis, that tested his resilience. Years later, at the height of his banking career, burnout struck—depression, insomnia, and relentless stress became all too familiar.
His journey through these challenges forged a unique strength: the ability to dissect complex problems and craft practical solutions. This skill, honed in banking, now empowers him as he guides executives out of crisis, drawing on his own transformation and over 20 years of management experience.
He discovered that true recovery lies not in medications or fleeting work-life balance fixes but in reprogramming the autonomic nervous system. Through scientifically-backed cold and contrast therapy, targeted breath work, and a resilient executive mindset, he helps leaders break free from the prison of their own success, reclaiming vitality and purpose.

Cold Club Founder
Matt Soule
USA
After two decades working with corporate executives, professional athletes, military personnel, and people facing serious health challenges, Matt Soule realized something surprising: there was no comprehensive system that truly taught people how to work with stress. As the Founder and CEO of Cold Club®, Soule created a global training platform built around what he calls Adaptive Stress Training™—integrating breathwork, cold and heat exposure, fasting, and movement to build resilience and long-term health. His own journey began early, growing up around domestic violence and later battling inflammatory health challenges that forced him to learn how the body responds to stress. Today Soule has taught more than 10,000 participants and trained instructors from over 40 countries. His work includes working with companies such as Amazon, Microsoft, Coupa, and Urban Outfitters. Through Cold Club, his mission is simple: help people turn stress into a powerful tool for growth, resilience, and long-term health.

Certified Cold Club Holistic Instructor
Arthur Krause
Switzerland, Europe
Arthur Krause is what happens when a scientist stops explaining the human body and starts listening to it. He doesn't teach breathwork. He reverse-engineers it.
After a decade in academia, strategy consulting, and international advertising — and years deep in martial arts, yoga, meditation, and the cold — he kept asking the question most facilitators never dare to ask: Why does this actually work? That question took him across the world. To the most respected breathing scientists alive. Through traditions most practitioners never reach. Always understanding first the research, then testing it on himself.
Arthur holds a PhD in the life sciences - and he uses it differently than you might expect. Not to add complexity, but to strip away the mysticism that has kept breathwork on the fringes for too long and reveal what is genuinely powerful underneath: the biology, the nervous system, the breath itself. He works with individuals, groups, and teaches breathwork facilitators, in both German and English, and is currently developing one of Europe's first science-based breathwork certification programmes. If you have ever felt that your mind and body are running two completely different programmes, this is where the conversation starts.
His mission: to give people back the one tool they were born with and forgot how to use.

Certified Cold Club Holistic Instructor
Lauren Teller
Boston, US
Positive Change for Life: Turning Stress into Strength, Experience into Insight. Lauren’s work sits at the intersection of Positive Psychology, Jungian depth psychology, and the Physiology of Stress. Like many, she spent years exploring the mind and emotions before turning her attention to the intelligence of the body. Her experiences with conscious breathing and cold exposure proved transformative, leading her to integrate breath work, heat and cold exposure into her daily life. What began as a way to steady anxiety revealed a deeper truths: stress, when approached with awareness, is a powerful teacher. Building on this foundation, Lauren now guides others in these practices. Her professional work is deeply informed by her own journey and is grounded in a simple aim: to help people shift their approach to self-care and longevity from reactive to proactive, empowering them to build resilience before it is urgently needed.
