Ariadna Uriarte, M.D.

Ariadna is Cold Club's team doctor. She is based in Mexico and the United States. Her life incorporates health-promoting habits that include daily time-restricted eating, cold showers, pilates and running. She fervently believes that in a well-trained, well-fed, and well-loved body dwells a mind capable of anything.

Ariadna Uriarte, MD, holds degrees in general surgery, neuropsychology cognitive behavioral therapy, sexology and psychedelic therapy. As a cognitive behavioral therapist, Dr. Uriarte currently treats patients in her private clinic using strategies that address the whole person.
