Delete Your Account

Request deletion

To delete a Cold Club app account, email us from the address connected to the account. If you used Apple or Google sign-in, use the email shown in your Cold Club profile. For an anonymous account, include the user ID shown in the app and any details that can help us verify the request.

If the button does not open your email app, send the request to privacy@coldclub.com with the subject “Delete my Cold Club account.”

What will be deleted

After we verify account ownership, we delete the account identity and associated profile, onboarding answers, practice and program progress, wellbeing check-ins, breath-hold measurements, journal entries, instructor messages, app events, and user-submitted feedback attachments stored for that account.

Timing and limited retention

We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. We may retain records that are required for transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, security, or other legal purposes, and backups may remain for a limited period before automatic expiry. Retained records are not used to personalize the app.
