Maria Fourcade

‘The problem is the solution’.

This life motto guides Maria's every step. From eco-building with reclaimed materials and clay, to restoring health through fermentation and mindful living in Córdoba, Argentina. As a tireless seeker of self-knowledge and a Constellation Facilitator, Maria understands that life is a mirror and that all the tools for our evolution already lie within us. Her own encounters with cold exposure and conscious breathing were part of her own process of recovery, following a deep depression. Maria discovered that consistency in the practice of cold water was the most powerful and direct medicine for regaining her centre and vitality.

Today, as a certified Cold Club Holistic Instructor, she integrates a systemic perspective with the physiology of resilience. Her purpose is to support others in transforming stress into an ally, using the cold as a teacher that restores our presence and reminds us of our innate capacity for regeneration. She is a deep believer in the power of returning to the essentials to heal the body, the mind and our connection to the Earth. ‎
