What level of fitness do I need?
A baseline of general fitness is recommended. You should be comfortable hiking in winter conditions and willing to engage with cold and physical exposure. The team adjusts intensity to support every participant.
Is this retreat suitable for beginners?
Yes — it’s beginner-friendly when you arrive open and willing. All cold and breath protocols are taught and progressed safely with full instructor guidance.
What airport should I fly into?
Fly into Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (ANC). Airport transfers to and from the retreat are included.
Are airport transfers included?
Yes. Group airport transfers and all on-site transportation in our 4×4 Mercedes van are included.
What is included in the price?
Lodging, two daily chef-prepared meals, all training sessions, masterclasses, sauna, cold immersion, group transport, airport transfers, and full coaching.
Are payment plans available?
